Man United Close to Reaching Agreement for Forward on Loan
Spanish club Real Betis have entered talks with Manchester United to sign Antony on loan, according to Sevilla ABC.

The Brazil international has been a fringe player for the Red Devils this season. He has registered one goal from 401 minutes in all competitions.
Antony came on as a second-half substitute against Southampton yesterday.
He squandered the opportunity to score into an open goal.
Betis are reportedly locked in discussions with United regarding a loan deal for Antony.
The La Liga outfit want a left-footed right winger in their squad, and they consider Antony as a market opportunity after Assane Diao’s sale.
Antony is ‘willing to leave’ Old Trafford to join them, but a deal could depend on United paying the major chunk of his £150,000 weekly wages.
The 24-year-old has failed to meet expectations since his move from Ajax in 2022. His performances have dipped over the last 18 months.
He is no longer an assured starter with the emergence of Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho.
Antony is unlikely to get opportunities under manager Ruben Amorim. This could be a reason behind his desire to leave on loan.
It could be a win-win situation for the winger and United. Antony can rebuild his reputation if he shines for Betis.
Manchester United is expected to pay a large sum of Santos’ salary while he is on loan.
The two clubs are expected to finalize the details of the agreement in the coming days.
Once the deal is completed, Santos will join Real Betis on loan until the end of the season.
