Fabrizio Romano Issues Paul Pogba Man Utd Return Update

Manchester United are poised for another significant rebuild in the upcoming summer transfer window, with Ruben Amorim expected to take full control of recruitment decisions.

One player who won’t be part of the Red Devils’ plans is former record signing Paul Pogba.

According to Fabrizio Romano in his GIVEMESPORT newsletter, rumors of Pogba’s return to Old Trafford are “not concrete.” The French midfielder has only recently become eligible to play again following a doping ban, but a reunion with United is not on the cards.

Amorim took charge at Old Trafford in November after a disappointing start to the season led to the dismissal of Erik ten Hag.

While the Portuguese manager initially brought some positive results, a dismal run of just seven points from nine Premier League games has left United languishing in the bottom half of the table.

Amorim will have the opportunity to revamp the squad in the summer, though it remains unclear which players he will target to turn the club’s fortunes around.

Despite speculation that Pogba could make a sensational return to Manchester United, Romano has dismissed these claims, stating that there is no substantial evidence to suggest the World Cup-winning midfielder will have a third stint at the Theatre of Dreams.
