“It’s not just Bruno. It’s not just Harry. It’s six guys now. They are responsible for the group,” Amorim explained.

He believes this decentralized leadership model, which he has adopted from managers like Pep Guardiola, will empower the players to police themselves and address minor issues before they become major problems.
