Juventus Makes Offer to Sign Man Utd Defender Ahead of Deadline
Juventus Eye Last-Minute Swoop for Manchester United’s Noussair Mazraoui

With the summer transfer deadline looming, Juventus are reportedly making a determined push to sign Manchester United defender Noussair Mazraoui, as the Serie A giants look to address a key area of their squad.
According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turin club has identified the versatile Moroccan as a primary target for a loan move before Monday’s deadline.
The interest in Mazraoui stems from Juventus’ need for a dynamic and reliable right-sided defender. Under manager Igor Tudor, the club has been evaluating its options on the flank, with current player João Mário still adapting to life in Italy.
The report suggests that while Juventus have been in long-standing talks with Atlético Madrid regarding a deal for Nico Gonzalez that could have involved Nahuel Molina, the focus has now shifted to Mazraoui.
The 27-year-old, who joined Manchester United from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2024, is seen as a player who can offer both attacking impetus and defensive solidity, a profile that fits Tudor’s tactical requirements.
Mazraoui has been a consistent performer for Manchester United, making 58 appearances in all competitions since his arrival. His ability to play as a traditional full-back or a wing-back makes him a highly attractive prospect for Juventus’ system.
While he has been recovering from a hamstring issue, he made a return to the squad in Manchester United’s recent match against Burnley.
The Gazzetta report indicates that Juventus will seek a loan deal for the defender, whose contract at Old Trafford runs until June 2028.
