Juventus Set To Offer Center-Back In A Swap Deal For Jadon Sancho In The Summer of 2024

Juventus are ready to offer talented center-back Gleison Bremer for Jadon Sancho in the summer of 2024.

The battle for Jadon Sancho signature

Juventus wants Sancho on a permanent basis in the summer transfer window. But Juventus is set to face competition from Borussia Dortmund, who currently employs Jadon Sancho on loan from his parent club Manchester United.

Borussia Dortmund are willing to offer a fee up to £35million to bring back Jadon Sancho on permanent basis after letting him go for £84million few summers ago.

Manchester United interest in Gleison Bremer

Manchester United are interested in Juventus centre back Gleison Bremer, transfer market expert Matteo Moretto reports.

Juventus star Gleison Bremer appears to be on his way out of Turin this summer, with reports suggesting that he is a Manchester United target.

The 26-year-old Brazilian centre back has continued to impress with the Old Lady since moving across the Piedmont capital back in July 2022 for around €44m.

He’s instantly become a regular under Massimiliano Allegri, making 68 appearances over the last 18 months.

Juventus decided to protect Bremer in December, locking him down to a new long-term contract lasting to June 2028.

He was also reportedly rewarded with a raise, increasing his salary from his current €5.5-6m net.

Football Italia transfer expert Matteo Moretto explained the links between Bremer and Manchester United via Caught Offside.

Bremer profile differs from replacements

Interestingly, all four of Juventus’ candidates are left-footed, but that isn’t the type of defender Man Utd would be getting in Bremer, who is actually a right-footer.

That means Bremer could become a regular starter for Man Utd next to Martinez in a centre-back partnership, whereas Juventus would be taking the opportunity to alter their defence in a different way.

Bremer’s move would come just as he is expected to hit the peak of his career, since he will have turned 27 by the summer.

The Brazilian has been playing in Italy since 2018, when Torino signed him from Atletico Mineiro. He joined cross-city rivals Juventus four years later.

So far, Bremer has made 68 appearances for Juventus, including his first taste of Champions League action last season.

A source told Insider Utd: “He is a great player, that doesn’t go away, so he will have offers in the summer if we are where we are now – with first-team football at United a distant dream,”

“But clubs need to see something that would encourage them to bring him to their club. Talent alone won’t get him a move to another top team.

“We are aware of how this all looks for him, and the longer United leave him in the cold, the lower his appeal drops.”
