Al Nassr Sends Bid for Man Utd Forward
Al-Nassr Tables Bid for Manchester United Winger Antony

Saudi Pro League powerhouse Al-Nassr has reportedly submitted a formal bid to Manchester United for Brazilian winger Antony, as the Saudi club continues its aggressive pursuit of top European talent.
The news, first reported by Santi_J_FM, suggests a significant development in the future of the beleaguered Manchester United forward.
Antony, who joined Manchester United from Ajax in 2022 for a hefty £85 million, has struggled to consistently deliver on his price tag at Old Trafford.
His performances have been inconsistent, and he spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Betis, where he showed glimpses of his potential with 9 goals and 5 assists in 26 appearances.
Sources close to the player indicate that Antony is “open” to a move to Saudi Arabia. His agent, Junior Pedroso, recently stated that the player is “on the market” and that “several clubs” are inquiring about his status, with a move to Saudi Arabia being a possibility.
Manchester United are reportedly keen to offload Antony to help balance their books and comply with Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
Reports suggest the Red Devils need to recoup around £32.58 million from his sale to avoid a loss.
While Real Betis have expressed interest in re-signing Antony, they are reportedly only willing to consider another loan deal, which does not align with United’s desire for a permanent transfer.
Al-Nassr, home to Cristiano Ronaldo, has been actively bolstering its squad this summer, with recent reports linking them with a move for Chelsea’s Joao Felix.
The acquisition of Antony would further strengthen their attacking options as they aim for domestic and continental success.
