
Erik Ten Hag Spoke on Andre onana Heroic Moment That Secured All Three Points For The Reds
Manchester United went into their Champions League game against Copenhagen needing a win after back-to-back losses in their opening two fixtures. Manchester sat bottom of the group with zero points despite netting 5 goals in two games, while Copenhagen had just one point from their game against Galatasaray.
It was an all-important point for Manchester United with the Champions League exit on the line.
Manchester United struggled to find their feet against Copenhagen, but thanks to Harry Maguire who found the back of the net in the late hours of the second half.
Manchester United had a series of opportunities to double their lead against Copenhagen but the Reds were wasteful in front of goal and were almost paid dearly for it, with Scott Mctominay conceding a penalty in the last minute of the game.
But Andre stepped up massively to ensure the Reds walked away with all three points.
Erik Ten Hag had a few words for Andre Onana; “A penalty shouldn’t happen in the final minutes but a brilliant save from Onana.”
