Man United Ace Set to Reject Second Exit Proposal
Jadon Sancho Hesitates on AS Roma Move, Per Reports

A potential transfer that was gaining traction appears to have hit a snag, with reports suggesting Jadon Sancho is not fully convinced by the offer on the table from AS Roma.
While the Italian club has reportedly reached an agreement with Manchester United for the transfer, the England international’s personal terms and a potential salary cut remain the key sticking points.
According to Turkish journalist Yağız SabuncuoÄŸlu and transfer insider Matthijs Pog, Sancho is not very convinced by the details of Roma’s proposal.
This comes despite multiple sources, including Fabrizio Romano, indicating that a deal between the two clubs is close to being finalized.
The offer from Roma is understood to be an initial loan with an obligation to buy for a fee in the region of £20 million (€23 million), a figure Manchester United is reportedly willing to accept.
Sancho’s current contract with Manchester United, which expires in the summer of 2026 with an option for a further year, carries a significant weekly wage in excess of £250,000.
It is believed that Roma’s offer would require the winger to take a substantial pay cut, a prospect that has previously derailed potential moves for him.
While some reports from Italy had suggested Sancho was willing to halve his salary to facilitate a move, the latest information indicates a level of hesitancy from the player’s side.
The 25-year-old has been on the hunt for a new club after being frozen out of the Manchester United squad and spending the previous season on loan at Chelsea, a move that did not result in a permanent deal.
He has also been linked with a return to Borussia Dortmund and a switch to Juventus or Besiktas, but Roma appeared to be the frontrunner for his signature.
