Man United Loanee makes Shock Return just two weeks after leaving Old Trafford

Manchester United midfielder Dan Gore has returned to Carrington after suffering a hairline foot fracture during a training session with Rotherham United.

The 20-year-old had joined Rotherham on loan for the remainder of the season in the winter transfer window but has already been forced to cut his spell short due to injury.

Gore made a promising debut for Rotherham against Birmingham but was set to miss the club’s next game against Shrewsbury after picking up the foot problem.

The injury is expected to keep him out of action for around a month, and he will return to Rotherham once he is deemed fit enough to train again.

Rotherham boss Steve Evans expressed his understanding of the situation, stating that Gore’s return to Manchester United was necessary to ensure he receives the best possible medical care.

“I think that four full-time doctors and eight physios tells you where he should be,” Evans said.

Gore’s injury woes continue a frustrating spell for the young midfielder.

He suffered an injury in his first game on loan with Port Vale last season and subsequently picked up a freak shoulder injury.

Despite these setbacks, Gore remains determined to establish himself as a key player, and his loan spell with Rotherham is expected to resume once he has fully recovered from his current injury.

With Gore’s return to Manchester United, the club’s medical staff will be working closely with him to ensure a speedy and successful recovery.

United fans will be hoping that Gore can put his injury woes behind him and fulfill his potential as a talented young midfielder.
