Reasons Revealed: Amorim Ready to Quit Man United Job Role
Ruben Amorim Prepared to Quit Manchester United if Premier League Form Doesn’t Improve

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has reportedly stated he is ready to walk away from the club if results in the Premier League donโt improve next season.
Following a disappointing 2-0 defeat at home to West Ham, which extended Unitedโs winless streak to seven games and marked their 17th league loss of the season, Amorim expressed his frustration with the teamโs performance and mentality.
โIf I canโt fix Manchester United, Iโll walk away,โ Amorim said, underlining his commitment to accountability and the need for a culture shift at the club.
The Portuguese manager was appointed in November to replace Erik ten Hag, but has struggled to turn things around, with United losing 13 of their 25 league games under his leadership.
Currently sitting 16th in the Premier League with just 39 points, Manchester Unitedโs form has raised serious concerns among fans and analysts.
Although the team has reached the Europa League final against Tottenham set for May 21, Amorim believes that winning a trophy alone will not fix the deeper problems within the squad.
He stressed the importance of rebuilding the club’s identity and instilling a winning mentality, stating that unless there is clear improvement next season, he wonโt hesitate to step down from his position.
As pressure continues to mount, all eyes will be on Unitedโs final fixtures and their Europa League performance to determine if Amorimโs tenure will continue beyond this season.
