Ruben Amorim Responds to ‘Hard Training’ as Cause of Injury Woes
Manchester United’s injury woes have taken a turn for the worse, with manager Ruben Amorim revealing that a series of setbacks in training have left his squad severely depleted.

The Red Devils were already reeling from the news that Amad Diallo will miss the rest of the season with a ligament injury, and it now appears that Kobbie Mainoo could also be out for the remainder of the campaign.
Speaking to the media, Amorim provided a candid assessment of the injury crisis, explaining that a series of unfortunate incidents in training have compounded the problem.
“Amad was alone, Ugarte was a kick. Toby [Collyer] and Kobbie felt something,” Amorim revealed.
“It is what it is, but we have the kids and they have the opportunity to be on the bench. It is a really hard season and we have to deal with that.”
While Ugarte and Collyer are currently in recovery mode, the news that Mainoo could be out for the rest of the season is a significant blow to United’s midfield options.
With a mounting injury list and a crucial Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur looming, Amorim will be forced to rely on his younger players to step up and fill the void.
The Portuguese manager’s comments suggest that he is prepared to give his academy players a chance to shine, with several youngsters likely to be named on the bench for the Tottenham game.

As United navigate this challenging period, Amorim’s ability to adapt and innovate will be put to the test.
Having a depleted squad and a packed fixture schedule, the Red Devils will need to dig deep and find a way to overcome their injury woes if they are to maintain their push for a top-four finish.
