Sheikh Jassim Not Ruled Out From The Manchester United Take-over Process

The potential acquisition of Manchester United could undergo a significant reversal, as there are delays in granting Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s 25 percent ownership and full control over sports affairs.

Originally scheduled to be evaluated during a Thursday board meeting, Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s proposal to acquire a 25 percent stake and assume complete sporting management of Manchester United is now expected to face additional delays before a final decision is reached.

Emotionally committed to the Manchester United project, Sheikh Jassim is prepared to invest considerable resources in order to witness the revival of his beloved club and restore it to its former glory. While Sheikh Jassim has withdrawn from the takeover process, it cannot be completely ruled out that he may return to the bidding process.

Sheikh Jassim remains the preferred candidate among the club’s supporters due to his plans aligning with their desires for Manchester United. His vision for the future encompasses various aspects, including the renovation of the deteriorated Old Trafford stadium, the establishment of state-of-the-art training facilities, the restructuring of the youth and women’s teams, the elimination of all existing debt, and a commitment to refrain from extracting any dividends from the club.

It is worth noting that Sheikh Jassim has no inclination to bid for other Premier League clubs, as his sole aspiration is to acquire Manchester United. As Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s agreement for the club is given a new time frame, Sheikh Jassim is granted an opportunity to participate in the bidding process.
