Total Verbal Agreement Reached for Man United Ace

talian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio suggesting that Napoli and Manchester United have reached a verbal agreement for the transfer of striker Rasmus Hojlund.

The deal, valued at a total of €45m, is said to be structured as a loan with an obligation to buy.
This news comes as a surprise to many, as Hojlund was seen as a key part of Manchester United’s future plans.

The Danish international joined the Red Devils just over a year ago and has shown flashes of brilliance, despite an at-times challenging debut season.

The proposed agreement would see Hojlund join the Serie A champions on a loan deal for the upcoming season.

The obligation to buy would then be triggered at a later date, with the total transfer fee reaching €45m. This structure would allow Napoli to spread the cost of the transfer over time, while providing Manchester United with a guaranteed sale.

Manchester United’s motivations for agreeing to this deal are less clear. While the fee would represent a significant return on their investment, the decision to part ways with a player they invested so heavily in could be seen as a gamble.
