Man United Chief Leaves Club After 12-years
Manchester United’s long-serving and highly respected Head of Performance Analysis, Paul Brand, has decided to leave the club after 12 years of dedicated service.

Brand, who joined United over a decade ago, played a key role behind the scenes in the club’s data and performance analysis department, working under multiple managers and adapting to different footballing philosophies during his tenure.
Known for his meticulous work ethic and innovative use of data, Brand helped provide key performance insights that supported coaching decisions and match preparations at both domestic and European levels. His departure marks the end of an era for United’s analytical operations.
His exit comes at a time when changes behind the scenes are expected as part of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s wider football structure revamp at the club.
