Manchester United have reportedly set their sights on Sevilla’s highly-rated midfielder Lucien Agoumé as they look to bolster their squad before the transfer window closes.

The French U-21 international has impressed with his performances in La Liga, making 35 appearances last season for Sevilla and contributing four goals.
Agoumé, who only joined Sevilla on a permanent deal from Inter Milan this summer, has a contract with the Spanish club until 2028. However, the presence of a reported £35 million release clause provides a clear path for any interested party, including Manchester United, to secure his services.
