Red Devils Snubs Opportunity to Re-Sign Former Academy Graduate On Free Transfer
Manchester United have decided against re-signing Paul Pogba on a free transfer, opting not to revisit the midfielder’s tumultuous Old Trafford past.

Paul Pogba’s contract with Juventus is reportedly set to be terminated. This news comes after his doping ban was reduced from four years to 18 months, allowing him to return to match action in March 2025.
Pogba will be able to train with his club starting January 2025, but it seems Juventus won’t be that club. Instead, Pogba is in advanced talks to join Marseille with Man United having no interest in bringing back Paul Pogba, which would reunite him with his former Manchester United teammate Mason Greenwood.
Marseille seems like a great fit for Pogba, who’s looking to restart his career after a tumultuous time at Juventus.
